Top Ten 5 Best Deaths in Movies
Alex Passerini (and 1 choice by Brandon Sears)
So Halloween is upon us and we all know what that means: Horror movies! When we think of horror movies we think of only one thing: DEATH. So without further adeu I present you with the Top 5 Horror movie deaths of all time (that randomly came to my head as I did this article):

5. The Shark in Jaws

In the late 70's Steven Spielberg created a movie that has caused people to be afraid of the water and sharks for decades: Jaws. Throughout this movie Jaws (as the shark will forever be known) kills everything and anything that enters the water, whether it be nude girls, a dog or boat, that fish doesn't care, it will eat it all. However, what Jaws didn't count on was one man that would do anything to protect his beach and family. That man was of course police officer Brody. Brody made it his personal business to kill this shark that maybe people thought didn't even exist. So what did Brody do? Got together a rag tag group of hunters/scientists and set out to end that sharks life... and does he ever! He kills Jaws with a sharp one liner finished with a hysterical laugh. Then throw in a rock sound track and you get one hell of a scene.

4.The Zombies in Braindead

Before he was directing Oscar winning movies, Peter Jackson was directing Oscar worthy gore scenes. In this low budget movie from New Zealand, Peter Jackson gets to live ever horror movie fans dream, slaughter Zombies. Not only does he slaughter Zombies, but he does it in one of the most inventive ways imaginable, with a lawnmower. Stealing a little bit from Evil Dead, Jackson creates a movie hero so cool that words can barely describe how awesome he is. Luckily this wasn't a book he is making and he was able to show us how damn cool he is.

3.Spoon in Dog Soldiers

There comes a time in every B-movie renters life when they actually rent a good B-movie. This was one of them. This movie had plenty of awesome deaths, including one of the greatest last stands in a movie. Spoon, after running from these Werewolves, decides enough is enough and takes the fight to the wolves. Although in the end he gets double teamed, one thing is for sure, something that tough sure as hell gave them the shits.

2.Jason Vorhees vs. Julian (Jason Takes Manhattan)

Brandon: While I didn't see this entire movie, I did catch bits and pieces of Spike TV's Friday the 13th marathon a few years ago during Halloween. I managed to catch this, and laughed whole heartedly. Awesome, awesome stuff. While this isn't the original video, it's made better by the addition of said music.

1. Johnny Depp in A Nightmare on Elm Street

Before everyone in the world was in love with him and before he made movies that always involved either pirates or Tim Burton, Depp had this small role in Elm Street. One of the most bloodiest and shocking deaths in the movie franchise, poor Johnny stood no chance here, he didn't even know Freddy was coming for him.
